Facilities Services is excited to announce the launch of GatorWorks – our customer portal for the entry of new work requests and updates on processed requests. GatorWorks provides a more intuitive framework for customers to submit information, and it provides our team with a more efficient method to evaluate requests and create work orders. The portal integrates directly with our work management system allowing for an uninterrupted flow of information between our customers and Facilities Services employees.
We are always striving to provide the highest level of customer service possible. GatorWorks has been built to produce more transparency between our customers and Facilities Services, with interactive comments and updates on all work orders created through the system by individual users. Notifications can be customized by each user to allow or restrict notifications based on their preferences. Facilities Services is moving forward to enhance the customer experience and transparency to do our part in the Drive for 5 “With Every Step”!
Beginning Thursday, February 27th GatorWorks will be accessible through the same path currently used to submit a work order on the FacilitiesServices.ufl.edu website.
