UF's Facilities Services - Operations is responsible for the maintenance and preservation of University assets and grounds to support the University's mission.
The Operations group employs over 325 staff in a variety of operational units and crews. These men and women of the department are dedicated to providing high quality facilities and grounds maintenance along with construction and document support services to the campus community and continually strive to enhance the appearance, operation and functional life of UF facilities. In accomplishing these tasks, we are organized into six distinct units:

The Work Management Center is the central point of contact between the University Community and Facilities Services.

The Energy Services unit is responsible for energy initiatives, energy services and performance contracting, as well as building automation and control systems.
